By accessing or using the Guru platform (seoguru.ai and app.seoguru.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Guru on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Guru is an SEO and GEO content operations platform that automates site audits, content production, internal linking, indexation monitoring, and related SEO workflows. All recommendations generated by the platform require your explicit approval before any changes are made to your site.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Accounts are not transferable without our written consent.
Guru is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date you are onboarded and renews automatically each month unless you cancel. Pricing is as listed on our pricing page at the time of subscription.
We accept payment via credit card. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access to the platform until payment is resolved.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes owed based on your location.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the platform until that date. See our Refund Policy for details on payments.

Guru and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by Guru Search, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your site's content, data, and any materials you provide to us.
By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and display your site data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or approve through the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific SEO outcomes will be achieved. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guru Search, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
