Guru does not issue refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain full access through the end of your current billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies to monthly charges regardless of usage, partial months, or any unused portion of a billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds upon cancellation.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
There are no annual contracts or long-term commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the platform. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period.
You will have full access to all platform features until that date. After your subscription ends, your account data is retained for 90 days before being permanently deleted, giving you time to export anything you need.
In the rare case of a billing error on our part (duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, etc.), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount promptly. Contact us through the platform and we will resolve it within 5 business days.
